Designing and implementing a management plan is a step-by-step process which starts from locating the genetic reserve and characterizing your target population(s). Then, it is important that you describe the different habitats, and assess allthreats to your genetic reserve. Once this information has been gathered, the next steps will be to set your targets and to decide on all the interventions that you will need to carry out. For this it is important to make awork plan. Finally, your CWR target population(s) will need a monitoring and evaluation plan which will indicate whether the managment strategy need to be adapted to achieve the main objectives
