The ownexperience and resources to conserve rare, endemic or threatened plants at the PA will very useful to conserve CWR

Synergies for an effective use of resources

Certain costs of GR management may not involve monetary resources. Habitat conservation and restoration measures that are already undertaken in the PA will be, in many situations, concordant with CWR conservation (mowing, shrub removal, removal of invasive species, extensive grazing, sustainable agricultural and forest management). Periodic monitoring of populations could be performed by wildlife rangers already hired by the PA.

Other resources

Direct monetary costs needed to operate the CWR genetic reserves may be obtained through other resources, independent from the general budget.
