Establishing a GR in a PA is a good way to minimize the costs of a GR operation, but it does increase the PA management costs.
Three different valid methods to choose the conservation actions are:
- select the least expensive method that meets your threshold
- select the combination of interventions that cost less than this amount and results in the most positive outcome
- simultaneously consider the cost, the benefit and the feasibility of the action
